Prop firm programmes change frequently, and FindBestProp cannot guarantee that published information is complete or current at the time of your purchase.

If you contact us or subscribe to communications, you agree to provide accurate information and not to use our contact channels for spam or abusive content.

• Failed evaluation challenges, account breaches, or disqualifications imposed by third-party prop firms;
• Non-payouts, delayed payouts, payout disputes, or account closures by third-party prop firms;
• Decisions you make based on information published on FindBestProp, including whether to purchase a challenge, apply a discount code, or follow any rule summary;
• Errors, omissions, or outdated content on the Platform or on linked third-party websites.

Your relationship with any prop firm is directly between you and that firm. FindBestProp does not guarantee the legitimacy, solvency, payout reliability, or conduct of any third-party provider listed on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred euros (€100), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FindBestProp from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and applicable European Union legislation, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require the application of another jurisdiction's laws.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of FindBestProp shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Constanta, Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
