This is a 17 October 2026 promo and rule check for FindBestProp. It follows the 16 October note. One futures banner script moved its end date. One futures fee ladder moved. One news-window table was republished after that note.

Tradeify pushes GEMS to 31 October
Tradeify is not in the comparator. tradeify.co still prints Get 30% Off with code "GEMS". The unscripted banner still says ENDS 31 AUGUST. The script that writes the live banner is the part that changed.
Yesterday’s fetch had lastDay: '15'. This fetch has:
| Script field | 16 Oct fetch | 17 Oct fetch |
|---|---|---|
lastDay | '15' | '31' |
month | 'OCTOBER' | 'OCTOBER' |
time | '11:59PM EST' | '11:59PM EST' |
monthlyCode | 'GEMS' | 'GEMS' |
That is 31 October 2026, 11:59 p.m. EST, at 30%. Read the cart. The August string is the HTML before the script runs.
The Select payout article prints Updated today. The purchase split on the page is 1 September 2026, not this morning. Accounts bought after that date have the lower Flex caps and the higher Daily caps below. Select 300K Daily is split into V1 and V2 on the same page.
| Select Daily cap | Bought before 1 Sep | Bought after 1 Sep |
|---|---|---|
| 25K | $600 | $600 |
| 50K | $1,000 | $1,250 |
| 100K | $1,500 | $1,750 |
| 150K | $2,500 | $2,500 |
| 300K | V1 $3,500 | V2 $4,000 |
Select 300K Daily V2 also prints a $6,100 buffer (balance $306,100). V1 stays at a $5,100 buffer. Flex caps after 1 September are $1,250 / $2,500 / $3,500 / $4,500 on 25K through 150K, against $1,250 / $3,000 / $4,000 / $5,000 before that date. The article says payouts usually arrive within 24 hours once Rise onboarding is done, and up to 72 hours over a weekend.
Why the script date matters more than the August line
The page you see before JavaScript still names August. The script names 31 October. If a checkout widget is cached, GEMS can fail even while the homepage script says the sale is open. Apply it and read the total. The Daily cap also depends on the purchase date: a 50K bought after 1 September can request $1,250 in a day, not the $1,000 cap on older accounts.
FundedNext Flex cards move up $5 to $10
FundedNext Flex prints SAVE UP TO 47% WITH CODE FNFLEX. The code string did not change. The dollars did. Comparator rows for Flex 50K, Flex 100K, and Flex 150K now use the new card totals. Checkout stays on the existing FundedNext partner link.
The 50K rule block on that page still prints a $2,500 target, a $1,500 end-of-day max loss, no daily loss limit, 40% consistency, a $82.99 reset, and 3 minis or 30 micros. FNFLEX does not apply to Stellar, Rapid, or Labs. STRTN is a different coupon. Do not stack it with partner FINDBESTPR at 7%.
How this hits the fee, not the cushion
The 50K end-of-day loss is still $1,500. The code price is $5 higher. A news spike that used to cost the same cushion still costs the same cushion. What changed is the amount you pay before the first trade. On the 150K card the gap versus the stored total is $10.
Topstep sets XFA size by balance during Tier 1 news
Topstep edited the risk-adjustments article. Schema dateModified is 16 October 2026, 17:11 UTC. The Labs help article is still dateModified 15 October 2026, 14:00 UTC. Drops still stop at #009. There is still no public coupon.
Minis stay blocked in the 10-minute window around a Tier 1 release (5 minutes before, 5 minutes after). The examples named on the page are CPI, FOMC, and NFP. The string Products Affected is not on the page. The Express Funded table that is on the page:

| XFA | Balance | Margin shown | Minis / micros | SIL and MHG |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $50K | Below $1,500 | $20,000 | 0 / 1 | 0 / 1 |
| $50K | $1,500–$2,000 | $30,000 | 0 / 1 | 0 / 1 |
| $50K | Above $2,000 | $50,000 | 0 / 3 | 0 / 2 |
| $100K | Below $1,500 | $30,000 | 0 / 1 | 0 / 1 |
| $100K | $1,500–$2,000 | $40,000 | 0 / 2 | 0 / 2 |
| $100K | $2,000–$3,000 | $50,000 | 0 / 3 | 0 / 2 |
| $100K | Above $3,000 | $100,000 | 0 / 6 | 0 / 5 |
| $150K | Below $1,500 | $30,000 | 0 / 1 | 0 / 1 |
| $150K | $1,500–$2,000 | $40,000 | 0 / 2 | 0 / 2 |
| $150K | $2,000–$3,000 | $50,000 | 0 / 3 | 0 / 2 |
| $150K | $3,000–$4,500 | $100,000 | 0 / 6 | 0 / 5 |
| $150K | Above $4,500 | $150,000 | 0 / 9 | 0 / 7 |
Why this matters for a CPI print
A $50K Standard Path that is still under $1,500 of profit can open one micro in that window, and no mini. The same account above $2,000 can open three micros. SIL and MHG are tighter than that headline micro count. Size before 7:25 a.m. CT if the release is CPI at 7:30 a.m. CT. Undead and Slasher are unchanged from yesterday: $199 and $65, and neither has a coupon.
FTMO’s trial page lists Instant
FTMO Free Trial schema dateModified is 16 October 2026, 08:45 UTC. The sentence on the page: only 1-Step and 2-Step Free Trial accounts carry a profit target, and it is halved. Instant is on the page. It is not given that target.
The homepage dateModified is still 15 October 2026, 12:59 UTC. The pricing object still discounts two $100K rows, and only if you do not already have one active:
| Account | List in the object | Deal price |
|---|---|---|
| $100K 1-Step | €499 | €399 |
| $100K 2-Step Standard | €540 | €439 |
There is still no coupon box. Instant $5K stays €169. Trading Objectives is still dateModified 12 October 2026. New 1-Step orders still use Consistency at 50% of total profit. Today’s CFD maintenance, already printed on the 15 October update, is 03:00–05:00 and 08:00–12:00 MetaTrader time.
A trial target is not the paid target. The page says the 1-Step and 2-Step trial targets are half. Budget the real challenge off the paid objectives, not off the trial number.
Fintokei homepage prints NEW20
Fintokei prints 20% off your first challenge, code NEW20. The block says the start button applies the code. No end date is printed there. BYEBYEFEE is not in the homepage HTML. It stays on the catalog from the 12 October FAQ: fee back after the first payout, window through 26 November 2026. That FAQ says it cannot be combined with another code. Do not stack the two. Stored list fees did not move. Affiliate checkout stays on the Fintokei partner link.
Rechecks that did not move the catalog
These official pages were opened on 17 October. None of them added a challenge.
- FXIFY. The promo object still lists FUNDED40 at 40% on Instant Funding Standard, REWARD25 at 25%, and ONESTEP35 with a visible 35% title and
discount_percentstill 30. - AquaFunded. The banner is still SPOOKY, 25% off plus a 150% refund claim. Partner k22 stays 40%.

How to use today’s check
Pick the account before you pay (comparison guide). Catalog codes live on All Discount Codes. Review pages keep only the two most recent notes for that firm. Today’s note is the one that lands on FundedNext, Topstep, FTMO, and Fintokei.
- On Tradeify, treat GEMS as open through 31 October, 11:59 p.m. EST only after the cart accepts it. Ignore the August string in the raw HTML.
- Flex 50K with FNFLEX is $74.99, not $69.99. The 50K end-of-day loss is still $1,500.
- On a Topstep $50K under $1,500, the Tier 1 window is one micro. Above $4,500 on the $150K, it is nine micros and still no mini.
- An FTMO trial target on 1-Step or 2-Step is half the paid target. 1-Step $100K is still €399 if you do not already have one active.
- NEW20 is 20% off a first Fintokei challenge. Do not paste it on top of BYEBYEFEE.
