FXIFY CHART20, FundedNext RAPID, and Today’s Prop Firm Promos

This is a 4 September 2026 promo and rule check for FindBestProp. It is not a rewrite of yesterday’s FTMO and BrightFunded note. Two official homepages or help centers moved the price story today: FXIFY is selling CHART20 / ONESTEP30 harder than our old 10% partner hash, and FundedNext Futures still documents RAPID at up to 50% off Rapid Daily and Rapid Pro.

A cheaper evaluation does not change drawdown, news windows, or payout caps. Shortlist on the comparator, then paste one code on the firm’s own cart.

What is official today

FXIFY — homepage codes that beat our listed 10%. The live FXIFY homepage currently banners two campaigns: CHART20 (“Back to Trading” / this month’s offer) at 20% off all programs except Instant Funding Lite, ending 1 October 2026, midnight EST; and ONESTEP30 at 30% off 1-Phase for new traders, ending 31 December 2026. Those replace FINDBESTPROP (10%) as the strings you should try first. Instant Lite is excluded from CHART20. We pushed both codes onto the discount codes page and the FXIFY profile. Confirm the line total; do not assume they stack.

FundedNext Futures — RAPID, up to 50% off Rapid Daily and Rapid Pro. The official Futures help article (last modified 24 August, still live) lists coupon RAPID. For new Futures users, Rapid Pro 25K is $159.98 → $79.99 (50%). 50K and 100K sit at 46% and 44%. Rapid Daily 25K is also $79.99. Existing Futures users get a smaller recurring cut. The Daily Loss Limit add-on on Rapid Pro drops the 25K first-purchase total to $59.99. Start date: 10 August 2026. End: until further notice. CFD Stellar sizes still use START6K on 6K only.

Rebels Funding — ONLY3 is over. Third-party recaps put ONLY3 (70% off a $1,000 account, €3) on a 3 September deadline. Today that flash is expired. Keep NEWREBEL (30%) from the Rebels Funding profile. Do not type ONLY3 expecting €3.

Still live from the last 48 hours (not new rulebooks)

These campaigns were already on official pages yesterday. They are still there this morning. None of them rewrote a rulebook overnight.

• FTMO: homepage still leads with 20% off the $100K 1-Step. No coupon box. List in our catalog remains €499 for that SKU so the table does not pretend the sale is permanent. Other sizes and the 2-Step ladder are not this deal.
• Brightfunded: Autumn Rally still banners RALLY30 (1-Step, 30%), RALLY25 (2-Step Bright, 25%), RALLY15 (2-Step Classic, 15%). Match the code to the exact program.
• FundedNext CFD: START6K is unchanged: 6K Stellar 2-Step $29.99, 6K Stellar 1-Step $39.99, max five uses, may close without a reminder.
• AquaFunded: homepage still sells BACK2WORK — 25% off plus a 150% fee-refund claim, with extra percent-off if you buy multiple accounts. Partner code k22 remains 40% off the fee. Pick one string. We listed BACK2WORK next to k22 so you can compare mechanics, not so you stack them.
• Topstep: still no public Combine coupon. The live discount is the Responsible Trading / Daily Loss Limit checkout toggle ($10–$30 off No Activation Fee Combines, $50 off Back2Funded reactivations). Profile-specific dashboard codes are not site-wide.

Funding Pips: the monthly competition help article still describes a free Match Trader contest — $5,000 cash plus $675,000 in evaluation accounts, 50,000 spots, $100K competition accounts. That is a leaderboard, not a better checkout coupon. Partner code 300M (20%) stays on the discounts page.

No rulebook rewrite for FTMO, FundedNext CFD, Topstep, AquaFunded, or BrightFunded showed up in this window.

Futures names traders asked about (most are still outside the table)

Apex, Tradeify, Lucid Trading, and Alpha Futures are not in the comparator. Treat aggregator hashes as unverified until the official cart moves.

Tradeify — official site, not a coupon blog. tradeify.co currently CTAs Get funded — 35% OFF and the pricing cards tell you to save with code DASH. That is a stronger official signal than rotating affiliate strings such as DGT (often quoted at 50%). If DASH does not move the total, stop. The homepage also pushes a limited $300K Select v2 at Tradeify Forge. Growth / Select / Lightning structure is Tradeify 3.0 product, not a 4 September rule drop.

Apex Trader Funding. Apex’s own coupon page is the place to look (public listings still cite SAVENOW and “up to 90% off” on new evals). We could not load that page today — Cloudflare blocked the fetch. Affiliate blogs still push DGT at 90%. Apex 4.0 (one-time eval fee, EOD vs intraday trail, overnight flat, payout caps) is a March 2026 product. Confirm the live eval fee and that the code is not valid on resets or PA activation.

Lucid Trading. The official site was behind a bot wall on this check. Coupon aggregators currently quote DGT at 40% off (often $136 → $82 on a $50K) and DONATO at 40% LucidDaily / 30% LucidPro, LucidFlex, LucidDirect. None of that belongs in our JSON until Lucid is listed and the cart agrees.

Alpha Futures. The official pricing page currently sells Zero, Standard, Direct, and Advanced. Zero / Standard / Advanced list no activation fee. Direct Qualified is still a no-evaluation line with EOD max loss, daily loss limit, and a 20% consistency rule. We did not see a coupon field on the homepage this morning. Older posts mention ALPHA40 with the Standard relaunch and DIRECT35 / LAB from affiliates. Paste nothing until checkout shows a cut.

FundedNext Futures is the exception: RAPID is help-center-dated, so we added it to the FundedNext promo list even though Rapid SKUs are not yet rows in the pricing table. Use the Futures checkout, not Stellar CFD.

• E8 Markets: listed code AAC4098A remains 5%. Affiliate pages quote LAB at 35%. That is not on E8’s homepage in this check. A Finance Magnates piece describes a Signature / crypto no activation fee window through 8 September — treat that as a product waiver to confirm in the E8 cart, not as a coupon we will paste over AAC4098A.
• Maven Trading: OMO (40%) and ETERNAL (10%) unchanged.
• Funding Pips, The 5%ers, Breakout: no deeper official 48-hour coupon than what FindBestProp already lists.
• Alpha Capital: still no public promo code in the catalog.

Industry flash outside this catalog (PipFarm One Step Light BOGO with LIGHT, Atmos Funded SEPT at 12% through 30 September) is not a reason to change FindBestProp rows.

How to use today’s sales without buying the wrong SKU

1. Decide futures vs forex/CFD, then 1-Step vs 2-Step vs instant, before the coupon (comparison guide).
2. Open the firm page: FXIFY, FundedNext, FTMO, Brightfunded, AquaFunded.
3. Copy codes from All Discount Codes.
4. On FXIFY, try CHART20 (most programs) or ONESTEP30 (new-trader 1-Phase). Skip Instant Lite for CHART20.
5. On FundedNext, use RAPID only on Rapid Daily / Rapid Pro Futures, and START6K only on 6K Stellar.
6. If the total does not move, the campaign ended. Pay list or leave.
